Pregnancy Tests
We provide lab-quality pregnancy tests at no cost. If you’ve had unprotected sex or missed your period, you can get accurate results quickly and confidentially at our clinic.
Ultrasounds
If you’re pregnant, our limited obstetrical ultrasound can show how far along your pregnancy is and confirm its location. This gives you the information you need to make informed decisions about your next steps.
Abortion Pill Reversal
If you’ve taken the first pill in a chemical abortion and are having second thoughts, you may still have options. Abortion Pill Reversal (APR) uses progesterone and works best within 24 hours but may be possible up to 72 hours.
It’s not guaranteed, but many women have been able to continue their pregnancies through this treatment.

Pre-Abortion Screening
Before an abortion, it’s important to have a full picture of your health. A pregnancy test confirms you’re pregnant, but an ultrasound can tell you:
- How far along you are
- If the pregnancy is in the uterus (not ectopic)
STI testing is also recommended before an abortion to help prevent complications. At Bloom Women’s Clinic, we provide free lab-quality pregnancy testing and, if eligible, a limited obstetric ultrasound as part of our pre-abortion screening process. Post-Abortion Assessment
After an abortion, it’s important to check in on your health. At Bloom Women’s Clinic, we offer free post-abortion assessments that include:
- A confidential health evaluation
- Education about recovery and what to expect
